As a leading mobile app development company, every project is important to us and we pay strong attention to our client's needs. We conducted an initial discussion with the client to understand their requirements and expectations from us. Being an auto insurance provider, the client wanted to leverage the power of app development to provide high-end services to their customers. Claim filing can be challenging, so the major requirement of the client was to develop a hassle-free claim filing feature.
They also demanded a seamless navigation menu that even a tech-challenged person could easily use. Other requirements included real-time claim tracking, quick document upload option, insurance policy details section, etc. The client specifically asked for a thematic UI design with their preferred color scheme that matched their company logo.
Challenges
An insurance company performs multiple tasks simultaneously. The major challenge while developing this app was to store and integrate the large amount of data. It also meant creating a repository of several policies being offered by the insurance company. Another big task was to add a document upload feature so all the required information was safely added to the app. We used encryption technology to achieve this.
Though the insurance claim mobile app was successfully delivered on time, we faced various other challenges throughout the development process. Third-party integration like collaboration with motor repair stations, payment gateways, APIs, etc. was also a tough but to crack. Adding secure and protected payment gateways was our top priority but it was not a cakewalk.
The client wanted to make their customers feel respected and valued, so they had an amazing idea. We were asked to develop a feature that would display a quote every time a user logged into the app. Doing this required immense effort and time.

The UI/UX design created by our designers was exceptional as it was easy to use and smooth. We worked on the idea that people these days love to have things at their fingertips, so why not virtualize auto insurance and claim settlement? The project turned out to be a huge success as the client's customer base and interaction increased after they launched this app.
